How a customer orders

From the game code
  1. Picks a venue at random, weighted by popularity.
60% of popularity comes from your best item's satisfaction, squared.
  2. Orders from items within 30 points of the best one.
Dishes and drinks compete together, in stock only. After a dish, 80% also add a drink.
  3. Pays up to a daily budget.
One cent over the group's budget and the price part of satisfaction drops to 0.
