These terms apply to Nivalis Nights Companion (nivalis.averatec.studio). By using the site you accept them. They are short on purpose; questions go to contact@averatec.studio.

An unofficial fan project

Nivalis Nights Companion is made by a player, averatec0773. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ION LANDS, the developer of Nivalis Nights.

Nivalis Nights and its names, text and images are © ION LANDS. They appear here for non-commercial community reference, to help players look things up and plan. The site claims no rights to them.

Numbers and accuracy

The numbers on this site come from the game's data and from reading the game code. Many are estimates, and a game update can change them before the site catches up. The Gameplay pages give a source for each statement and say when something is an estimate or not confirmed. If the site and the game disagree, trust the game, and please tell us.

No warranty

The site is free and provided as is, without any warranty. It can contain mistakes, and it can change or go offline at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what happens in your game when you follow its advice (lost money, a missed quest, a venue that does badly) or for other damage from using the site. The website only reads save files and never changes them. Keep backups of your saves anyway.

The site's code

The site's own code is licensed under the MIT License. The license covers our code only, not the game content shown on the site.

Using the feedback form

Use the form for bug reports, data corrections, text fixes and feature ideas. Do not send save files, passwords, other people's personal information, spam, abuse, or material you have no right to share. We may delete reports and block senders that misuse the form. Corrections and text you send may be used to improve the site.

If you hold the rights to something shown on this site and want it changed or removed, write to contact@averatec.studio with:

  • the address of each page, and what on it you want removed;
  • who you are and which rights you hold, with something that shows it (for example, mail from the company's official address);
  • how we can reach you.

We review every request. When it is valid, we remove the material promptly and reply to tell you what we changed. ION LANDS can use the same address for anything about the site.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. How the site handles data is in the Privacy policy.
